B-711 – Old Testament Survey I

Through The Bible 1 – Law and History This Old Testament survey course is designed to give the student a general knowledge of and appreciation for the first half of the Old Testament. It begins with the creation in Genesis and ends with Israel’s deliverance through God’s use of Esther, all of which encompasses the legal foundation and history of the Jewish nation. It is from these writings that Christianity obtains the foundations of its own moral and civil laws.
